A friend just sent me some pictures of an even bigger hog killed in Louisiana - 1800 pounds!

That's very old. And it's not a wild hog. Some lady came out and reported that it was their domesticated pet pig that had escaped. They had been feeding it all kind of fattening foods before it escaped.

SWThomas.. I believe you're right. As I remember that pig was purchased from some couple that raised it from a baby. It had gotten to big or something so it was bought and hunted. That would be a monster big hog don't get me wrong. More impressive would have been watching that kid shoot that .50 caliber revolver. If memory serves me he was shooting a S&W .500 which is a monster revolver.

And this is old news.

DPH that 1800 pound hog would be something to read about.

I don't see how the 1800 pounder could be real- it would be a good fight to see it against a rhino- lol
