The list goes on, keep tuned in guys.

Update: Vent Liner was drilled out with a 1/16th drill bit in order to get perfect ignition. It seriously is like shooting a percussion rifle!

This is the factory bore. Now that I have worked up a load of 70gr 3fg Goex, .015" patch and a .490" round ball, I decided it was now time to go and cone the muzzle. After coning, I was able to drive a patched round ball with a thicker .018" into the mouth of the bore with my thumb and a little muscle.

Jonathan is working on this rifle every day, its a learning experience that he seems to be enjoying. Some of the little details he see's and picks up on will further his gunsmithing knowledge.  :ttups:
