I have a bunch of .451 230gr. Remington Golden Sabers. Just wanted to know if anyone has giving these a shot? If so any recommended starting loads?

Thats a 45acp bullet. I would assume then it is made to expand at velocitys in the700- 800 fps range. It might be ok but I would keep the speeds low, like real low. Maybe a real light charge of N110? But I don't know for sure.

I have a bunch also but haven't tried them- I agree with rifleman about the speeds-IMO I dont think they are as tough as the xtp pistol bullet- I think they are more of the personal protection bullet made to expand at low speeds..-Getonit-
