Monday is are first day of Buck season in PA. It was a very hard choice, but the Savage is going. 42grns of 5744, 300grn XTP, MMP short sabot, and one of RW'S vent-liners, Winchester primer. The weather is supposed to be very bad. The first three day's are going to be steady rain. My Encore and disc elite have already been proven in these conditions. I guess it's the Savages turn to get wet. I do put up umbrella's to try to stay a little dry.
A few minutes ago i shot a couple shot's at 75yds with my Savage. I believe it's ready to go.
