You would probably be better off finding them on the internet where a Hazmat fee will be charged. USPS, Fed Ex and UPS won't ship without you filling out the Hazmat paperwork and then they might not ship.

You probably have better luck with finding loose powder pyrodex or triple 7.

If you have access to other calibers. You can open them up and use the powder.

Hazmat will eat you up at 25 dollars per shipment.

If I am not mistaken busting up pellets is not advisable...

54 cal pellets have not been made in some time. NOS for the win I guess. I use loose in my 54.

My lgs has pyrodex cheaper than Walmart. Does your Walmart have a muzzleloader section?

Pyrodex is fine in 209primer and cap guns

If you can get it, Pyrodex Select is a pretty good powder. Very similar to triple 7.
