I bought it from Scott Berish at Liberty Optics LLC (352-572-1469)
Scope was sent straight from Valdada.
Scope arrived in two days after I placed the order.
On the sore note I had to send first one back to Valdada as it appeared to have ring marks on it. They apologized and sent me a new one with no problems. Seamed like a dissent mistake.

Scope came with rings, sunshade and scope cover.

First impressions:
With 3-18 range and MP8 reticle it could be a great scope for varmint or target shooting.
Huge 35mm tube makes it look like straight tube scope ever with 42mm objective.
German glass looks very clear and bright.
Plenty of eye relief but it is changing a lot with magnification. I had to make sure magnification set to 18 when mounting scope.
Package looks decent but for some reason documentations was printed copy as you can see it on the picture.
IOR warns to not over tight ring screws (they recommend 12 - 15 in/lb) as it can affect focusing mechanism.

Now I need to take it to the range.
I will report as I play with it more later.
