Is Anyone Familiar With This Powder??

I was hoarding 8 pounds of H4198 for my smokeless loads and lost it all in a fire on Labor Day. In looking for replacement I found this on Gunbroker: 16 Lb FSP-680 7.62x39 Powder as Hodgdon H4198 NR! -

Is anyone experienced with this pulldown? It's relatively new so I'm looking for input before I buy. If it works the price is certainly right.

I would think I'd stick with something better known. Perhaps N110 or N120?

Actually in my research this brand has been sold here for around 10 years. I was looking for someone with first hand experience. I am tired of the lack of components and thought I had the problem solved, but as it turns out those plastic powder bottles aren't fireproof. It's time to find some alternatives. I'm probably going to buy some and start a conservative load development program.
