I wonder who's powder he will promote next with APP appearing to be in financial trouble.

I would like to weigh-in on on this hot button, controversial issue. I can say with 100% certainty that I have no opinion either way. I've heard of him but never seen his show or even read any thing that he published.
Don't forget to vote.

You ever heard the term, "all hat"? That applies to drug store cowboys, that put on a hat and pretend to be someone they are not. Anyone can kill great animals with guides and land access. Doesn't mean they are great hunters.
HA HA. I like that.

Oh my gosh...when I saw the first pic I thought it was a joke!

It has been a long, long time since I tried Shockey's Gold, but when it came out I was given some from the shop owner where I worked evenings to try out.

Tried it in three different muzzleloaders and could not get it to group for anything. Must have come a long way to get to the point of marketing super sticks.

Those square "super sticks" are the very old ones. New ones are round but ive never seen them for sale anywhere. They either paid the "fee" or the Hodgdon patent expired.

A few people on the forums have tried to contact APP with no luck. The plant in Colo had an accident 4ish years ago too. Might have been another since then but im not sure. So any bets on what powder he chooses next to promote? It sure dont look like its gunna be a APP powder.

His Youtube link for the new pellets is gone too? Says unavailable when i try to play it.

The news channel's website where I first read about their 2016 explosion has since taken down the video (https://www.thedenverchannel.com/ne...Dgr28KXfCV0ruUezk4LO4iq3QyQcvAVd6J2czDh6ASDs8).

The gist was one employee injured, nobody killed, thank God. But having had some experience with the APP gray kitty litter compounds when I first started muzzleloading & didn't know any better, my first thought upon learning of the explosion was "well, I guess they've finally changed the formula to enable reliable ignition."
