I did too but they all were for percussion muzzleloaders and several forum members checked as well,but thank you for the info.

Would it be possible some how to cut off part of the sear that is too tall or perhaps grind some of it off?Other than heighth,what is the difference in the plunger sear and the bolt sear?

I wouldnt try to modify a trigger that is not stainless as most of the others are case hardened, meaning only the outside metal is hardened. It may last a while but for how long? JMO
