Our Friday shoot for me was a great day ,thanks to Idaho Lewis and his tutorial on compression casting ,46 yrs and I never knew about this technique but after today's Friday shoot ,I shot my 1-18 twist Renegade Bob Hoyt relined barrel with a Baco .443/530 grain BHN 10.4 PP bullet 80 grns of OE 2F . I moved from the 400 yd gong (HAMMERED) to 700 yd target @ 120 points on my Lee Shaver long range venier with 2 windage corrections (LOTS of wind) i got a 13 inch group 6 shots and the guy taking photos (Never shot a side lock)hit the bull @9:00! You can not imagine how neat when the guy on the scope explains how much he liked seeing the target 5 seconds after the boom,he watched the 45 cal hole appear ! Sun and fun with lots of trigger time at our private long range /Retirement is good /Ed
