Low QR Warne scope rings on ML II

Will the Warne QR low rings work on ML II with a 1" tube, 40 MM objective
and leave room to get scope covers on? ( Using a Nikon Monarch.) Have Millet mediums on it now ,but would like to get as much cheek on the stock as possible and have the QR feature. Or would any other type of low QR rings that except Weaver bases work better.

I have low and medium height Warne QD rings. The low rings will probably be fine with a 40mm scope. There is PLENTY of room with the medium rings. One thing you CAN do is order the lows and see how they do. At the very least something like the Leupold Scopesmith covers/Butler Cree Scope Gloves should fit.
