Got a question on MMP Sabots.
Lookin to buy some of these for my 50 cal Omeger and want to know the difference betw. the black sabots they offer?
One is 12 and the other is 24 I think.
It seems that I read a post on this a while back--but can't remember?
One is thicker?
My bullets are 300 gr Gold Dots,powder is 777-with 2 FF's/

Thanks for any help/advice.

HPH-12's are the thickest. HPH-24's are the middle size. The HPH 3 petal EZ is the smallest thickness.

For your Omega - if it is a new one you will probably need the 3p if you plan on shooting 300 grain bullets..

I do use the 24's with .451/260 grain grain Noslers - there is leass bearing surface...
