I recognize the nipple wrench, but what are the other things? I've never seen a four-sided tool like this.

The hammer head is used to tap the end of the barrel wedge on a hook barrel sidelock to get it started for removal, and the claw is used to grip the head to pull the wedge out.
 
I keep one of them in each of my hunting bag. The hammer head moves the wedge pin just enough for the wedge pin puller to grab it. Also to set it back in place. The nipple wrench of course, and the small screw driver always comes in handy. Nice little tool.
