Welcome from the North Coast. 1st Q, What kind of ML does he want? Flintlock, sidelock, inline, smokeless? 2nd Q, budget? 3rd Q, what is he using it for? Targets or hunting? (I know you have some different regs over there, like no lead) 4th Q, what took him so long to want a ML? lol.

thanks folks . Me didn't mention if he was wanting a traditional or a modern ML . I bought him a BP revolver 5-6 years back so he has some BP experience . He's a avid hunter , but luck for him he lives in ELko NV & not in the Peoples Republic like I do . I'm workin up some questions to ask here so when I get them sorted out I'll start a fresh thread . I have a Traditions Hawken kit that my dad bought a few years before he died , Maybe this is the year I build it . I just need to find some way to change all the brass to black & have it stick .
thanks

Thanks , I was gettin kinda nervous . I'd never ordered from Bud's guns before , I was just gettin ready to call when I got a ship notice , Supposed to get here on Tues , we'll see what it looks like then . I was drivin by Bass Pro Shops today so I took a trip inside . I was surprised , they had @ 12-15 different regular powders for reloadin , but no Unique . Maybe next time . I saw [powder for the kids gun but no slugs . It took me @ 15 minutes to find a Handicapped parking spot so I figured I was just lookin anyways .I bet they had customers on 3 foot centers . Way too many people for me . That's why I live down a mile & half dirt road .
