New to long range, new to forum. Question

So this is the gun I built from parts. Investarms lock. Tc trigger, renegade guard. Green mt. 1 in 28 twist barrel. It still has the factory sights. I just received the the globe and rear.
The stock is to long. 15.5 inches. I'm cutting it back to 13.8.
I used a t.c. renagade plate. I think I will install a rubber butt shot gun type pad.
Can't wait to shoot it. I also have a hawken with a 1 in 66 barrel.
And many others I built over the past 35 years.

I could appreciate that stock at that length… I’m only 6’2” but I have wide shoulders and freakishly long arms. 80” wingspan, 34 inch inseams and yes, my knuckles do drag from time to time… I’m telling you, it’s tough finding suit jackets, shirt sleeves, arrow shafts and gun stocks that fit.
