ok, i know most of you will say, we know about it, but for you that dont here it is. got it off the internet and love it. use it on fish, chicken and pork. even baked potatoes. if you make it somewhat different than what i do please put the way you make it here also. one cup of mayo.    1/4 cup of vinegar, i use apple cider vinegar. teaspoon of lemon juice. heaping table spoon of horse radish. table spoon of sugar. salt and black pepper to taste. dash of tobasco from avery island sauce. more if you like it that way. blend in mini blender until smooth. if too thick to blend add a little olive oil so it blends thick but smooth.
