Sometimes you just have to wonder why a state manages wildlife like they do :huh?:

Including cubs, there are eight (8) different bear that have visited and are around the immediate area. Some are getting pretty bold while tearing up bird feeders around the lake, right during the middle of the day. The state has a point system, probably like other states, but they're not giving out, IMO and that of others, enough permits. Its not just the immediate area, but all around. A friend about 15 miles as the crow flies, has a daily visitor looking for goodies, of which he NEVER gets. Friend and his wife have a problem with him on their deck trying to get into the house.
Here's a couple different bears, one just early this morning, a youngster.
This I will say, a 50 MILE fence charger, with only 175 or 200' of wire, prevents any bird feeder damage :yeah:
