POWERBELT ELR 45 285 a NO GO with smokeless H4198

Tried my Encore SML conversion by Luke with 45 cal Powerbelt ELR. It says not for smokeless but a CVA conversion had success. I had 50 Gr H4198 which should be about paramount pressure. 3 shots worked great. 1 shot was squib and must have exited bore. Other was squib and did not exit bore. Pushed out and bulled had base crushed and gas went around bulled darkening it in front. So I recommend don't use also!

How was loading pressure? I'm guessing you didn't have to size them.

Surprisingly difficult in my gun. No easier than sabot. I used The 50cal Hornady Bore Driver and it was MUCH easier.
