OK, what's in the pan besides the two walleye fillets. Don't say butter :D

Well it's either the Walleye cheeks I see or it's really not butter, but bacon fat!
 
You're right the first time. It the cheeks. They were cooked in butter.
 
We try to pull the cheeks as well. A little "chefs" treat as the fillets cook up. You're making my mouth water. Really nothing better than fresh fish fried up in butter.
