I understand the reason for the bills. Sorry that it is headed in this direction but in some cases, eg waterfowl, it makes sense. I would suspect that if it comes to it, certain provisions may be made for antique/replica weapons. A bit more of a reach to get modern muzzleloaders included but possible. Rather than condemn the system, better to work it.
