I spent some time watching the DVD that came with my Omega. It was pretty good. It would be excellent for anyone new to the sport. Watching a pretty lady shooting a Triumph isn't a bad way to spend the afternoon. I see them for sale on ebay but I couldn't find them on the T/C website.

I bought mine two years ago and don't remember any gal.
Now I am going to have to dig it out from where ever it is to check it out.
