Need expertise help guys can a tang for TC Hawkins variation 2 (wood screws only) be used on late style stock. tang ( wood screw and bolt that goes through the stock to trigger guard ). Other than the mounting is there any difference in the tang itself or will it fit in the stock.same width length etc.thanks for the help in advance.
