Travel cleaning kit

I'm traveling to co for opening week of BP for elk in September. I need to assemble a light cleaning kit to take with me. I'll be camping for a week so want to make sure I'm not taking too much or too little.
I'm thinking must haves are;
Cleaning/ram rod
Patch screw on tip
Patches
Presoaked patches - to clean barrel
Breach plug cleaning tool
Gun oil and rag

Anything I'm missing? Or you suggest?

I like to take along a Pipe Cleaner to wipe the inside of the flash channel and make sure the opening is clear.

I would also add an old tooth brush. Don't remember if on your list you had rags and Oil?

I picked up a velcro case that fits on belt. Has a cable, patches, solvent, oil, and 2 unibit shaped nylon brushes. I added toothbrush, bore light, pipe cleaners. Take it to gun shows so I don’t get screwed again.
