got to test a weston vacuum sealer and can say it is the best sealer i've used. really like the adjustable vacuum feature, where you can seal it and time during the vacuuming process, so you don't crush anything. also it's a one hand operation just push start and it does the rest. a great product.

I purchased a vacuum sealer many years ago. And use it to seal all the animals I hunt or butcher. It works great for doing a deer. You can seal up the steaks, even the sausage and brats. That looks like a good one you got there.
 
Nice! It looks like it has a wide seal strip also. What bags are you using? I am on my 2nd FoodSaver now. The first one lasted 10 years. I have been tempted to get the 15" Weston one for a few years though.
 
it will use the ones from the food saver and some generic ones i got fro menards
