what do you all put away for the winter from the garden or places where you can buy storage items?

I no longer put anything up from the garden, except cinnamon apple sauce. I do always store about 3 or 4 months worth of food that We normally eat, mostly canned and dried. I used to put up a years worth and had all kinds of sealed storage foods but We never used it. Finally went out of date, that was a waste.
