What do you use in the field for powder?

I went down to get some quick loaders for loose powder when I'm out in the field and could not believe the prices they wanted for three plastic tubes.

I know how savvy everyone here is, and I'm sure there are "subsitutes" for these powder tubes. What is everyone else using? Old film canisters, thin PVC, what?

Film cannisters - free for the asking at processing centers.

I'll second that. Ask and you'll get a grocery bag filled with them. Work great in the tackle box as well.
