I just picked up a new in line and am unable to remove the breech plug no matter how hard I try. I even let is sit overnite using Breakfree oil but no luck. If I am not able to get it free and I fire it, will cleaning the barrel from the muzzle be the only disadvantage I will have to face or is there a safety factor involved I'm not seeing? Thanks.

I think we need more info on brand, model, and where you bought it. In general, I wouldn't shoot it until you get the breech plug out. Give us some more details and maybe we'll be able to help more.

I would try using some Kano Kroil or other super effective penetrating oil, giving it 24 hrs to work.

Soak it in Kroil overnight, warm the barrel and cool the breech plug by spraying refridgerant through the nipple hole. That combo should do it.

If it is a new gun I would take it back where I bought it :)

Completely Agree!!!
If its just "New to You" but out of warranty take it to a reputable gun shop that will work
