Has anyone had any trouble with the powerbelt bullete going through a deer without any expansion, and leaving no blood trail. I used T7 100 grain, 200 grain bullet.

Twice, i was using 150gr Pyrodex RS,She went 15 yards after the hit.

First was with a 295gr AT @ 146 yards and the other was with 120gr pyrodex RS and a 245gr AT, that one broke its neck and dropped it.

Everything after that for me has been found under the hide with an excellent blood trail. My standard load is 80gr pyrodex RS and i just dont feel the need for any more powder.

Blood trails can also depend on how high up the shot is. I like to take low shots as obviously, the blood will drain right out. Kind of like why they install oil pan drain plugs at the bottom
