garmin xero c1 pro chronograph use with modern muzzleloaders?

Does anyone here have one of the new Garmin chronographs and have tested it with muzzleloader shooting sabots?
I'm interested to know if it measures the bullet speed and not the shed sabot?

According to two different people I know who use the Garmin, wads nor sabots affect readings.

Both owners state that the Garmin has no issues with wads or sabots.

I used mine testing shotgun loads. ( they have a big sabot LOL ) . No issues w reading. Really like it.

Like some other electronics have in the past. I wonder if the price on the Garmin Chrono will come down after a while.
I sure would like one, but $600 is a hard pill to swallow right now.
Maybe some competition will kick in and force a price drop.

Agreed once everyone who has to have it NOW gets one there will be a glut of product
They are pricey but man convenient
No more skyscreens bayonets or aiming sticks
Best 600 I spent in a while.....

Idk about the Xero getting less expensive but it’ll sure drive all the other product prices down as guys try to unload theirs to pay for the Xero.
