Good luck, hopefully you get it, you’re not going to be disappointed

I have a wide range of MZ options in the gun cabinet ( I used to have a problem ). The last several years, I exclusively hunt with the .52 Extreme with the Lehigh / Bloodline Bullets. Very accurate with 100 Grains of BH 209. They are wicked on game. I've used them all over the years and this is my gun of choice.

The only potential downside is the sabots must be bought from Knight but I'm sure one could find options if they went under.

more then likely if they were to go under mmp would start selling the sabots for .52.

I think Mmp makes those Sabots anyways. Mmp just uses a different color for them when they are designated by / for Knight only. Probably some type of contract between mmp & knight staeghting that Mmp can't sell them on their website unless knight goes out of business. Just my thoughts tho

MMP wont sell those sabots YET and im not sure if Del will when Knight ends 52cal production. The .458 275gr Lehigh/Bloodline is also a killer bullet for the 52s. One of the best all around offerings. Big enough for elk without the additional recoil of the 300gr+ bullets.

if they are already making them for knight under contract i don't see any reason for them not to continue making them if knight goes under or quits making the .52 which i hope neither happens..they sell the little .36 sabot and pretty sure there's not that many people shooting sabot .36 bullets.

That Ole Gal had a REALLY BAD day!! What an AWESOME looking Bullet Rick!! Looks VERY similar to the .50 Cal, Accurate Mold #50-488M, Except with a Hollow point
Accurate doesn’t do HP as you know. Tom copied my 50/475HP which is his 50/488 solid.
I made molds for my 45, 50 & 52 HP for hunting all with the same ojive cutter. I had Tom copied each.

I knew it looked familiar, i have 50-488 and REALLY like it, it is one of my Favorite .50 Cal Bullets

52Bore
I really like the looks of that bullet, looks like it could do some real damage on whatever it hits.

I just got a batch of Fury Star 458/275 for mine
I love Fury Bullets

I have shot Hornady 300HP &
Mono flex 250’s with great accuracy

Mine likes 90gr BH209 (weighed)

Keep looking they pop up from time to time , I would look at armslist also , my buddy got one for 300 that was like new. Good luck

I'll probably post on here to start while I go about shaking some trees to see if something falls out.

Two of the Barnes bullets Knight lists are ONLY sold by Knight. A good one to try the the Barnes 300gr SOCOM TTSX bullet. Its a boat tail but seems to shoot pretty good in the Knight sabots. They sell that bullet in bulk 50 packs for about a buck a bullet. 475cal bullets are normally insanely priced even for the XTPs. Speer has a good 325gr that dont cost a fortune. 325gr FTX is almost always a winner and reasonable.

The great thing about the 52cal is the sabots fit good and they are tougher than...........Woodpecker lips. :D You probably wont phase that sabot with any load of BH209.
If you ask me knight went off on a tangent and let/ caused the 54 to die out . Given the choice id MUCH rather have the 54 with a faster twist like the 52 was given . It was a " you gotta come to me development " plain and simple . A complete bastar$ . Yes and i know the tech too . IMO of course.......
Furthermore the rest of the mz companies are just as guilty for not coming out with an updated twist rate for the 50 and the 54 and puttin knight right on their butts for their actions . It was not right . Yes it is a nice gun . But not at the expense of the 54 . Even worse is that no one has had enough calcium in their backs to show them that !!!! You betcha im not too happy about it .

If someone is in the business of manufacturing and builds 10,000 products, then sell only 300 of them, what would be their next move?
Granted, we all like different things, but if you can only sell 3% of a product you produce, you'll change products in a hurry or go under.

Then they shouldnt have let them stagnate . You know it to that this let it ride thinking is wrong. They know it too . I know the tech on the 52 also . It has its points but the fact is these companies get lazy . The paramount is the first to really TRY to offer a bullet that has some design to it and push the envelope for the masses . AND THAT IS CVA FOR GODS SAKE !!!!!

Sorry, but the 54cal has never been the majority of the hunting/shooting populations favorite, nor will the 52cal ever be. They have their place with some, but its just simple economics, if you build a product and it doesn't sell, you change products or go under.
