Accura HELP!

Bought a CVA Accura for my Grandson and let me say that it is sweet but for a 14 year old the trigger is way light. Is there anything that I can do to make it a bit heavier? Don't have time to send it to the factory and get it back for him to hunt Indiana muzzy seasson. Can't believe I am asking this about a CVA but it is real touchy!!

They are preset at 2lbs. Next years models are supposed to be 3 or 3 1/2lbs for safety reasons.

I'd take it to a gunsmith and have him test the trigger pull to see where its at. I know on my hunting rifle its a little over 1lb with the set trigger engaged.
