just want to know about bh can i shoot a few shots a few days before deer season without cleaning the gun then load and go. will it shoot ok.what about rust some people they can shoot 20 or 30 times without cleaning between shots.

I dont clean between shots but i clean after each shooting session
While hunting if I dont shoot I leave that load in for the next hunt if it was good weather and I will be hunting the next day,I use finger cots on the barrel as well.
If it's going to be a couple days before the next hunt I shoot that load and do a full cleaning.
I probably clean to much if there is such a thing

I had a shooting session put the gun away for three weeks and went shooting agin I had the same point of impact in a blue barrel. I had previously prooved to myself corrosion was not an issue. With all of that said I probably won't foul the barrel till one or two days before the opener.
