Never heard of them either. I did a quick Google search, they're also known as Crater Fireworks.
Can't find any reviews.
I think I'd pass.

Fort Chambers Black Powder Shop in Chambersburg, Pa. has lots of them in stock. I live in Frederick County, Md and can make it there in about 50 minutes drive. If you live in Montgomery county you can most likely make it there in 1.5 hr drive or less. See link below.
