I just found out today that a CVA APEX will be shipped this week to me and it is gonna be chambered for .243 and I'm pumped up to say the least.

Awesome! I've been looking at a smaller 22-250 barrel for our Apex for varmints.
 
EXCELLENT choice FG on the varminter .22-.250! I owned a Remington 700 Varminter rifle with a heavy bull-barrel in that caliber and my reloads smoked to 250 yards on PA farmland 'chucks.
 
congrats on your .243 choice, combined with a 100 gr. nosler partition bullet it makes a great whitetail gun with very little recoil.

Yup, I'm told it is going out this week so i am for sure excited to get it. I'll definately take some pics.
