CVA rings and bases?

CVA marketed Durasight steel ring and base set, sales for around $50- I wonder who makes them? They appear sturdy but kinda slim on the ring portion. They are on Cabelas website made for several mz, would these be a good steel ring and base combo?

I don't think anyone has used em.

They're not meaty enough for my tastes.

For the fifty buck price range there is a whole lot of excellent proven name brand products out there like WARNE or Leupold with buying junk at a high price. :shock:
