Does anybody have a sabotless recipe for old CVA Optima

Looking for a sabotless load for a 1 in 28 45 cal optima v1 . I’m looking at some Montana 458 300 gr bullets at 9.25 brn . I’ve tried using 451/452 and they slide down way to easy . From what I’ve read here I’m guessing lands are 454 . What size wads ? 500 ? I’ve shot some hollow base conicals from pr bullet with success but that was using 209 and this will be 777.
