The first time one looks through a 1X scope it absolutely just looks wrong. Usually one adapts, but the boy never has. The boy despises 1X scopes. This rifle is for him.


Load is 95 grain Blackhorn powder, MMP ballistic bridge sub-base, Smooth sized 50 caliber 275g Star Tip MZ, CCI shotgun primer.


Didn't do so awful bad considering the old man cannot focus on the front sight..............
 
once again a dead critter. I agree 1x scopes look wierd when you look thru them, to me stuff looks farther away then with the naked eye.

Actually, some of them do make the target smaller than real. Them are really bad. Them aren't 1X scopes, they are .9x scopes.
