Saturday my friend and I along with my brother in law went to the shooting range and just blasted away with my Traditions Hawken Woodsman. We used 80gr 2fg Goex, 4fg in the pan and of course, a patched round ball. Just a fun day of shooting. I shot it close to 30 times myself and then got bored with it. Easily the most favorite flinter I own! She gave me no trouble going off. I wiped the frizzen and flint down twice out of close to 50 shots everyone took with the rifle. Very reliable and accurate rifle.

My brother in laws second shot of the day.

Flints not broke. These are super wide and so I had to notch the flint so it cleared the edge of the pan.

www.muzzle-loaders.com I think they are around $75 which is really fair for this set up.
