Yes sir picked up 15lbs of T7 in 2017 for $5/lb, still shooting on it got 6 lbs to go. Picked up 10 boxes of 240gr T/C XTP's for $4/box 2 weeks ago. Always wanted to try XTP's in 300 gr, couldnt pass a deal on these though. Got a T/C Impact in 2016 on clearance in Feb. For $80. I hate Wal Mart also, by local as much as possible. I figure making Wal Mart mark it down an sell cheap at a loss is my way of getting back, go figure. Still couldn't pass the deals though, while the wife was shopping.

None of the Walmart stores I have ever been in in Washington state had anything that was for muzzleloading. Wish I could find some of the deals like you guys do.

This is the way I buy the vast majority of my hunting "stuff" as well. I bought a CVA Optima V2 LR TH stock for a song a couple weeks back...This was the perfect time to get back into BP hunting and shooting..What little bit Ive got to shoot so far the .452/300 gr XTP, BH209 with a Harvester Crush rib sabot are shooting really well..

49.99 here in New Jersey bass pro shop. Hard to pay that for 10 oz , 777 32.00 for 16 oz . Yes I know the crud ring thing but that’s quite a difference in price, we have very few people who stock it here in this socialist state

Several years ago, I purchased a Lyman Great Plains Rifle and T/C PA Hunter (qty 2) - all flinters - for $175 each at WW. The liberal media was giving WW grief for selling firearms in our part of the world so I managed to score these three assault rifles. Wish I could have scored more.

I was hoping to find some 777 when I went but only bottles and pellets of Pyrodex, didn't pay attention to the price and really no bullets to speak of except that new ARX or whatever it's called.

Well the local Wal Mart must have got stock from another store. Scored some 240xtp's for $5/box. Got Trashco 3x9x50 Muzzleloader scope for $20, It might not be the best but I'll find something for it. 20190204_184901.jpg

The Walmart in my area, carries ZERO rifles (of any kind), or any muzzleloading stuff.

Well there is 6lbs of BH 209 you cant see yhem all, but they are only down to $30/lb. I am going to watch and see if it will get to $15 without someone grabbing it. There are bunch of umarex 180gr speedbelts that I know nothing about if they get cheap enough I might snag them and try them to see. I am not going to pay $11/box for something I know nothing about, I will however snag them 200gr shockwaves when they get to $5.

BH209 containers are 10oz, unless they changed to 1lb, I haven't bought one in a while.

It's still 10 oz. Calling it a pound is just force of habit for me due to buying smokeless powder in jugs that are a pound, sometimes 8 pounds...lol

that Michael Moore idjut screwed Wallys world near me. They have nothing there ever.

I recently saw a statement that really hit home:
These 'Millenials' are the first generation in the history of the world to rally for MORE government control

And what's really frightening is, the youth of today are being brain-washed into this ideology as well. That Govt. knows what's best for them. That's everyone is the same. PC horse crap !!!!

Local store finally dropped it to 20.00 so I grabbed the two on the shelf and the two I had stashed awhile back. Now just need the weather to turn around calling for more ice plus snow tonight. I don't mind snow but I HATE ice.

A balmy 20 degrees here tonight with lightning and thunder and ice pellets/sleet falling. As soon as this fun stuff moves along we're supposed to have freezing drizzle all night, then up to six inched of white tomorrow. Right now I'd settle for just ice. It melts and I don't have shovel it.

I'll not tell you what my weather has been this week, yes I will...lol...Its been at least 74 in my neck of the woods all week. Tuesday was 77 and today is suppose to be 75-78 ..

Maybe you should go check it out then!!!!!
Not while I have disposable income and other options, thanks. I'd rather save middleman pricing entirely by going to hell and buying directly from Satan. I like keeping my LGS owners out of the county food bank. 2 hardware stores, the pet shop, florist, 2 delis, jeweler, family-owned pharmacy and no less than 4 tire & auto shops have tanked since the Big Box Bastards from Bentonville came to town. (Thank God for employee-owned Hy-Vee grocery stores!) I realize that "resistance is futile, we shall be assimilated," but on principle I'd rather keep my fun money in my community as much as I can, for as long as I can. If the 2 local gun shops in town fail, I'll start making semiannual pilgrimages to the new Brownell's shop in Grinnell, Iowa and enjoy the Qualified Professional discounts they offer retired military/LE. (If they don't have it, I don't need it!) Meanwhile, I sit in church a few rows from the guy who stocks my primers & ships my service work when necessary. There's another shop in town where you can borrow tools to tinker with installing AR furniture right there, or test a bow on their indoor archery range. I may be describing a rarity in the Brave New World, but I wouldn't risk losing either of them in the wake of Walmart. Maybe I can't save my neighbors in the long run, but I don't have to help push them over the cliff, either.
