Thanks to everyone who helped me a few weeks ago. Made it back out to the range today with the Wolf. 100 yards, 80 grains BH209 (V) .452 Hornady XTP 300 grain {first 4 shots} and Barnes T-EZ 290 for final two. Group is certainly tighter than last time, which is cool to see since it is only 4 grains more by weight. First 2 shots were good but low. Second 2 interestingly were better vertically but to the left horizontally. Last two with barnes were tight but still a little left. I did let the barrel cool between shots...I suspect that whatever errors there are in accuracy are due to my fatigue. I was shooting three guns and I think towards the end, my form was suffering. - I consider this gun now ready to hunt with...Though I may take it to the range again before early season. Or not. Next up, sighting in the Knight.
