Just a note to say helo to the members. I joined last December, but haven't posted until today.
I am a retired LEO from Long Island who now lives in the north country. I have been using muzzle loaders since the 70's, and have owned half a dozen different ones over the years. I use them primarily for hunting.
In December I decided to order a NULA 209, and started reading the posts on here. I can't thank the posters enough for all the information they have provided, especially regarding my new gun and using smokeless powder. Hopefully the gun will be in soon, (the stock was painted Wednesday) and I'll get to put what I've learned to use. I will post the results when I'm done.
