I have quite a few hornady FTX 225 gr in .452, anyone have any info on a load and sabot for that bullet weight, I normally shoot 250gr or heavier, I would like to use BH209, they will be shot out of an elite and some omega's. Any info would be helpful

I haven't used those myself, but if I was planning to work up a load I would start with MMP HPH12 sabots and plan to try 105 gr and 110 gr of BH209 as initial loads.

Thank you, I will give that a go, I have the sabot you recommended on hand

That combination works well with a 250 gr FTX out of my Accura MR.
