I think cleaning the barrel with BH209 is easier, but the plug is easier with Triple Se7en. I never really consider cleaning time on a rifle. I shoot them, I clean them, I put them away. The not swabbing on the range with Blackhorn is sure nice though. I hate to swab a barrel. Probably why I shoot a White most the time.
 
In my Encore, BH209 is easier to clean and it shoots better.

In my Disc Elite, The barrel is easy to clean with BH209. However, point of impact requires a fouled bore. The breech area is harder to clean with BH209. Darn near a coin toss here.

In my TC Black Diamond XR .45, the nod goes to 777. BH209 gives hangfires in cold weather. With all the blowback on this rifle, 777 cleans up a lot easier.
