I haven’t seriously looked into a .40 before. What’s all out there for bullet options for this rifle? Any conical options? Fury? Barnes?

Fury, Pittman and ASG are the few im aware of in jacketed bullets. Bullshop offers some 40s in lead. Not sure about actual caliber. You would have to look. SST/Shockwave 200gr 40s could shoot if sized right but the jacket is thick. My money would be on bullets like the 240gr and 250gr Fury bullets.

Ive shot 2 different soft cast 425gr +/- bullets over the past 2 years in my pre-Peregrine.
Lt - Copy of Paul Jones
Rt - Lyman
Found no difference in impact or accuracy.
Doubt I’ll ever shoot my 45’s deer hunting again.

Wow those are some good looking bullets.

Someday I’d like to get into casting my own like that but already have hobbies I don’t have time for now.
