Magnetospeed Chronograph ok with sabot muzzle loads?

I’ve got a Magnetospeed I’ve used with my centerfires and wondering if anyone has used it with a sabot / bullet load on a muzzleloader?

Yes. I've used mine several times. Problem is the push rod thimble is in the way. I actually had to mount it upside down. But it does work. Just make sure your aim is in a safe direction. With the bayonet on top of the barrel you won't be able to see through the scope.

Hadn’t given that a thought... I’ve got a pro chrono I just hate the setup.

The magneto actually works well for me. I always thought it to be a little bit of a pain to settup.

I prefer it to staging a tripod for my pro chrono... been holding off on a labradar for a while...
