Nicely done fellows, very good shooting under the conditions excellent !!!!!!!!!!

Thanks i appreciate that!
I think im going to have to work on gregs gun again it needs bent!!!!!

Good shooting indeed.
Greg and I were shooting sxs on Thursday when I shot the mini-creedmoor, I shot a 73 and he followed it in the next relay with 74. 15 shots in 45 minutes, this gets tiring at about shot 10+ shot (30 minutes of continuous loading/shooting).
Then I heard he tried again and got 75. He and his gun are shooting well, good to see.

Lots of fun at Friendship as the weather was hot and humid and rain later in the week didn't spoil anyone's shooting.
It will be difficult to get the load info for all the shooters, but I do know there were some excited shooters this week. Guys who never thought they could shoot as well as they did... it was good to see and witness their smiles.

bestill gunners had a great shoot i thought id post couple highlight photos
gregs 200 yd 8 shot group

gregs 500 yd creedmore 15 shots in 45 minutes on the white plus score card

i meet some great people this week and had a great time cant wait till fall shoot if you have never came to firing line during nationals your missing out there is every type of muzzleloader in the world being smoked up all week everyday allday long. i believe ther were about 1,100 shooters and about 6000 targets scored this year. come check it out... :yeah:

52 bore, congrads on a awesome shoot you definetly have your weapon and skills working. friendship is a awesome facility and some great people and endless knowledge all around.

My son took photos of his AGG targets and mine. For those who who are not familiar with the format..
In the spring match, NRA rules as bullet cuts line - higher value. In the NMLRA June and September Championship -center of bullet must cut line.
Spring match 30 minute relays (June/Sept 45 min). 50 & 100 unlimited sighters 5 shots for score. 200, 8 total shots only - score best 5.

Weber, Satchwill, Dudley , Wetzler, Day , Brakebill , Root, were all shooting Knight rifles. I believe 2 custom Bestill rifles and top 10 were shooting .45's

Great shooting guys!!! :partyman:

Top ten were all 45cals?.....What no Ultimate Firearms in the top ten? :p

There are many good rifles and shooters. Honesty, I thought that 170 would have been achieved by more than one in May (NRA rules cutting line - higher score). One thing for sure, everyone is improving and getting better and sure everyone has a bad day..
Dakota did great, Bob and I have been working with he and his dad for nearly 2 years at Friendship matches and they're finally taking it all in - it was great to see the high schooler do well and the smile on his face..
I gave L. Satchwill a box a bullets Friday evening and he shot his new (old) Knight 45 1:20 for the first time over the weekend and was thrilled as he shot better than ever.
I know many can't make the Friendship trip (but you have to try soon) and some are very fortunate to have that range at their disposal (home range). Just spread the word and get people shooting ML.

Are the 275 parkers better in the old 1:20 knights? Or the 300?
Do the new 270 emax shoot good if sized to a disc 1:20?
