Selling a Pacific Rifle Co. 62cal.
They appear to be Out of Business
I’m in E. TN, traveling to the HawkenClassic (St.Louis) in 2 weeks and Friendship in June to meet or pickup.
I do not want to ship.
Cool little rifle that seems well built. Bore us smooth as silk.. love the radius rifling. Has modern fiber-optic sights.
Picked it up recently, made a cleaning jagged, recrowned and a PT lined nipple.
I hope to go shoot soon, unless someone comes and gets it.
$700 (when it was new it sold for $1750)

There are outstanding rifles ,had their 8 bore for a few years barrels used the older English type twist,if I remember right the 8 was 1x 144,or something along those lines

Thank Goodness! Congratulations also. I was getting night sweats trying to figure out how to buy this beauty. I did a little research on Forsyth rifling. Seems to really shine with Large powder charge’s.

I think that 72 cal uses a two musket cap breech plug if I remember correctly. I passed on it because of that. The gun shop where it's at never responded to any of my inquires so I wasn't able to confirm the two cap system. The old website showing the specs on that model showed the two cap set up. Just FYI. 72 would be fun...especially with 200 grns of BP!!

The one I looked at has a single percussion nipple. It has some nice wood.

It was there last week., been there over a year.

Doubt that they list it on the website, they do not update it very often, they are not very computer savy. Nice guys and great gunsmiths.

Give them a call, that is the best way..
