picatinny rail for a 2003 CVA optima ???

it has these bases on it now but i'd like to find a picatinny rail for it 6 inch or longer that i don't have to drill the rail to line up with the taps already on the barrel .
and of course i'd like the price to be reasonable , i want to keep both arms and both legs .

i'm hoping to find something for half of that price or less . i called muzzle-loaders.com to ask about when these might be back in stock .... but apparently they're too busy to answer their phones . they are OOS on a lot of stuff though .
