Removing iron sights

I would like to remove the iron sights on my Black Diamond as I always have a scope on it. I was wondering if I have to put something in the holes and if so where do I find the screws to do so.

Do you have the little screws that came out of the scope base mounting holes? Sometimes they are the same size.

I do but they are almost impossible to remove once you put them in. The groove on the top isn't deep enough and it's makes it really difficult to get the screw driver to stay in the groove and turn them.
