Successful Missouri Turkey hunt

I filled both my turkey tags in Missouri.  They weighed in at approx. 22 - 23 lbs.  Had blast in hunting camp with 3 guys from Buffalo, NY.

Congratulations Smokin' Joe I was set to go but decided against it after not seeing the Birds I've seen in the past.

The MDC said that they felt the bird count was down the last two years due to poor spring hatching weather.

I am going to try a breast in my Treager wood pellet grill.  My brother didn't make it this year....too bad for him.   Life is too short (and getting shorter) to start missing hunting trips!
